DELIVERIES
We endeavour to deliver most products within 3-4 days, although some larger items may take longer. However all delivery dates given are only and always provisional, Although Central Heating Packs is constantly monitors stocks levels, goods are subject to availability and delays are sometimes out of our control.
Central Heating Packs advises you not to book any installers or engage in preparatory work until full receipt of the goods. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address when the order has been shipped.
Delivery is only to the front door as the delivery company are not authorised to assist further. Please note the customer is responsible for accessibility to the delivery address.
All items must be checked for damage upon delivery. If you are unable to check, please sign unchecked. Please be aware that when signing for goods, you are signing that they are in good condition and undamaged. If goods are damaged please do not sign for and ask driver to return goods.
Our delivery hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know there will be no-one available to sign for the delivery it may be best to supply an alternative address.
If no-one is available to sign for the goods the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the reference number to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable time.
Please note we are only able to ship products to mainland United Kingdom. In certain circumstances where bulky items are being ordered to remote locations (Scottish highlands) there may be an additional carriage charge. If your order falls into this category you will be informed of any additional cost and given the option of accepting the charge or cancelling the order.
