Returns

Centralheatingpacks.co.uk has the following policy on retuns/ damages etc :

Any items claimed to be delivered damaged bust be reported within twenty four hours of reciept.Any faulty items will be replaced with a like for like product.Items orderd incorrectly by the customer can be exchanged however a deliver charge will still be charged.Any orders returned or cancelled will be subject to an admin/restocking charge of 25%.Please note carraige charges will not be refunded.
